Chinese assistance expected in science and technology: Minister Pokhrel

Kathmandu, June 15 (RSS): Minister for Education, Science and Technology, Giriraj Mani Pokhrel, has said government has attached special priority to creating the environment for economic development with optimum use of science and technology.
Addressing the fifth China South Asia Expo in Kunming of China on Friday, Minister Pokhrel said, “Education based on technology will be proved a solid foundation of Nepal’s social and national development.”
He hoped that the cooperation between Nepal and China would be built in multidimensional way.
Agreements between Nepal Academy of Science and Technology, and various institutes of China were made in the presence of Minister Pokhrel.
