Kathmandu, June 14 (RSS): Leader of the parliamentary party leader of CPN in the National Assembly, Dinanath Sharma has urged the donor agencies to support in physical infrastructure development meant for the MPs instead of training.
Speaking at a face-to-face programme organised in the capital today, he said the parliamentarians did not need support for training from the donors. They could instead help build the parliament building and residence for the MPs.
He also urged the donors to not send or invite MPs abroad for petty programmes.
At the programme, NC leader Chandra Bhandari said the Prime Minister should take the initiative to bring Chinese railways to Nepal in grant assistance. ‘The development of the country was however not possible in the current structure, no matter who is in the leadership,’ he added.
