Pokhara, Feb 27 ,,  A provincial government team has inspected a project site at Bharatpokhari in Pokhara Metropolitan City-33 as part of a plan to build an international cricket ground.
The project has been put in priority after the Gandaki Provincial government has announced construction of the ground in its policies and programmes for the fiscal year of 2018/19.
The team led by the provincial Minister for Social Development Naradevi Pun carried out a feasibility study, said the ministry’s undersecretary Ten Prasad Kafle.

The project area covers around 200 ropanis of land on the banks of the Seti river. Once completed, the project is expected to boost the inflow of tourists.
