Kathmandu, Aug 30 President Bidya Devi Bhandari today certified the Bill to make provisions in regard with the management of pesticides-2076 BS. The bill was earlier endorsed by the both houses of Federal Parliament. The President gave assent to the bill in accordance with Article 113 (2) of the constitution, the Office of the President said.
