Nepal’s yearning to play ICC World Cup Qualifier crushed

Kathmandu, July 28   ,,  With the defeat to Singapore in today’s concluding match under the ICC T20 Asia Final, Nepal’s yearning to play the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier has been crushed. Host Singapore defeated Nepal by 82 runs in the final match played at Indian Association Cricket Ground, Singapore. It aborted Nepal’s efforts to advance to the global selection. On the other hand, the winner Singapore team has advanced to the global selection round scheduled to be held in the United Arab Emirates in October and November. Chasing a wide margin of 192 runs set by Singapore, Nepal lost all wickets in 15 overs, making a score of 109 runs.
