Kathmandu, Feb 27 ,, An international conference on the Vedas and modern science is taking place in Kathmandu on Friday.
To be organised jointly by the Nepal Maharishi Vedic Foundation, Nepal Maharishi Foundation for Vedic Culture and Maharishi Foundation for Vedic India, working papers on various subjects will be presented in the three-day conference, said the organiser.
An array of subjects ranging from Vedic education, effects of yoga, meditation and yagya religious rituals, health, agriculture and architecture will be discussed. Intellectuals and experts on the Vedas and science are expected to attend the meeting.
