Kathmandu, Sept 20 The Heads of State of various countries have extended their greetings to the Government of Nepal and the Nepali people on the occasion of Constitution Day of Nepal. In a message of best wishes issued separately by Elizabeth II, Queen of the United Kingdom; Thai King Maha Vajiralongkorn, President of France, Emmanuel Macron; President of Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah Saeed Hussein Khalil El-Sisi; and President of Myanmar; Win Myint, addressed to President of Nepal Bidya Devi Bhandari, they wished the Government of Nepal and all Nepalis including President Bhandari happiness, good health and prosperity on the occasion.
