Disabled students provided educational materials

Sinja, June 20  ,,   A total of 61 differently able students from Janata Model Technical School of Mahatgaon in Jumla have been provided educational materials. The students belonging to Grade 1 to 10 got 122 dozens of notebook, 40 dozens of pens, 21 dozens of pencil and others, said Satya Devi Bohara, social mobilizer of KIRDARC Nepal in Jumla. The educational materials were provided under the inclusive education promotion project, she added, informing that the financial support for this was received from Plan International Nepal. The students received the assistance at a programme attended by teachers in the school. The assistance was extended to boost morale among the differently able school children and enhance equality education, according to mobilizer Mahat. KIRDARC field officer Nara Bahadur Shahi said 118 students from Chulakot, Rip and Sudi of Tila rural municipality were also provided the educational materials. Another field officer Pushpa Khatri Rokaya said 95 students from the poor families of Jarmi in Tatopani rural municipality were provided school dress and educational materials.
