Kathmandu, Sept 24 Narayan Dhakal has assumed the office as the Director General of the Department of Drug Administration for a second term. The Ministry of Health and Population gave a letter assigning him the post as per the interim order of the Supreme Court. Dhakal said, “I have assumed the office as the Director General from Sunday. I have again returned to work.” The Ministry had installed Dhakal in the post of Chief of National Medicine Laboratory under the employment adjustment. Dhakal had filed writ at the Supreme Court, demanding to stop implementation of Ministry’s such decision.
