Confidence Health Camp Successfully Concludes, Dedicated to Serving Haj Pilgrims

The week-long free health camp organized by Confidence Nepal to serve Haj pilgrims of 2082 B.S. has successfully concluded, marking a significant step in community healthcare and voluntary service. The health camp was inaugurated on Jestha 1 by Minister of Health Pradeep Paudel. It operated continuously for seven days at the premises of Kashmiri Masjid, Kathmandu. The camp officially concluded on Wednesday evening.

At the closing ceremony, Federal MP Siraj Ahmad Farooqi was the chief guest. He praised the entire Confidence Nepal team for their courage. He also commended their commitment. “It is a moment of pride. Educated youth are stepping forward. They serve their community and nation selflessly,” he remarked.

Madhesh Provincial Assembly Member Razi Haider attended the event as a special guest. He commended Confidence Nepal for maintaining its originality. He also praised them for conducting the camp with pure intentions. “Such noble efforts deserve heartfelt congratulations,” he said. He also noted that the participating doctors and volunteer students have become inspiring role models for the society.

Dr. Nehal Ashraf, who had been there at the camp from day one, called the initiative historic. He expressed hope that Confidence Nepal would continue to work selflessly in other areas of social need. “We are proud that the camp was well-managed and impactful,” he added.

Social activist Mr. Abul Husain Ansari expressed joy over the seamless operation of the camp. He emphasized that Confidence Nepal should extend its unique and compassionate approach to other social initiatives as well.

The camp was led by in-charge and Deputy President of Confidence Nepal, Pharmacist Umme Hani Ansari. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all doctors and volunteers. “Despite challenges, our team succeeded in receiving the blessings of the pilgrims. We provided services to 500+ Haj pilgrims and their accompanying relatives. It was a blessing to make certain that no patient or pilgrim had to return without receiving medicine,” she stated.

She further added, “Our Confidence Health Camp received immense love and blessings from the Haj pilgrims and their families. That is our greatest treasure. Allah accept their journey, and we also be granted the honor to visit the Holy Land. Our team’s efforts be accepted, and we one day be called to the sacred sites too.”

Approximately 25 volunteers and healthcare professionals participated in the camp, including Dr. Bilal, Dr. Shabana Mukeri, Dr. Mohammad Saqib, Dr. Masoom Raza Mikrani. Participants also included Dr. Azhar Hussain Farooqi, Pharmacist Farhan Noor, and Mohammad Amir. Others were Abdul Karim Musalman, Biotechnologist Aman Farooqi, and Parvez Alam. Additionally, Mohammad Shoaib Khan, Tarannum Khatun, Ashiya Zeenat, Uzma Hussain, Ariya Naz (Public Health), and Modassir Hussain (Pharmacy) participated. The camp also observed a visit by Federal Parliament candidate Dr. Firdous Alam on Monday, who personally examined patients and extended his support.

Mahtab Alam Khan (MAK), the Treasurer of Confidence Nepal, expressed his appreciation. He stated, “I would like to acknowledge the entire Confidence team members and volunteers for your incredible teamwork and dedication. Thank you all once again for your contributions and support. I heartily congratulate all team members. Your valuable contribution played a key role. It led to the successful completion of the Health Camp. This event was held from 2nd to 7th Jestha 2082 at Kashmiri Masjid, Kathmandu. Allah will surely bless you all. I look ahead to seeing you all with more creative and well-organized programs in the future. You are all deserving individuals, and I will always stay your well-wisher.”

During the closing ceremony, all participants were awarded certificates of appreciation. Community leader Husain Khan, a social worker from Sarlahi, extended his congratulations. He also shared his joy over the camp’s success.

Confidence Nepal President Shamsad Ahmad concluded the ceremony. He stated, “Our commitment to both education and community service defines the spirit of Confidence Nepal. It is our privilege to serve the guests of the Holy Haram. Through this service, we have fulfilled our duty to the society. The camp has energized us to take on more challenges and continue working for the welfare of the community.”
