11 companies preparing to issue rights share worth over Rs 7.5 billion

Kathmandu, June 12(RSS): Various 11 companies are preparing to give rights issue to their shareholders. They have planned to issue 75,470,240 units of rights share in total equivalent to over 7.5 billion.
According to the Securities Board of Nepal, 11 companies including four micro finances have applied in the Board for the rights issue.
They are Shreeram Sugar Industry (one unit equal to three units), NCC Bank (two equal to one) Unnati Micro Finance Limited (five equal to one) Swadeshi Micro Finance Limited (one equal to one), Mahuli Community Micro Finance Limited ( two equal to one), Naya Nepal Micro finance ( one equal to two) City Express Finance Company ( one equal to one), IME General Insurance ( 10 equal to eight), progressive finance company limited ( one equal to two), Api Power Company (one equal to two) and Everest Insurance Company ( one equal to six units). —-
