One held on charge of putting Ncell tower on flame

Parbat, Aug 5 A cadre of Biplav group was arrested on charge of his involvement in setting fire to Ncell tower based in Modi rural municipality-5, Tilahar of Parbat district on 31 July. The District Police Office Parbat on Saturday nabbed Prakash Jung Lamichhane, a cadre of Biplav-led Nepal Communist Party. Rajan Rayamajhi, Police Inspector of District Police Office, Parbat, informed Lamichhane was arrested from his home suspecting involvement in the tower arson which took place in his ward. The Ncell tower located at the atop of Thankot Temple at Tilahara was set ablaze on July 31. The fire caused partial damages to the tower. Rayamajhi said search for the arsonists was intensified in suspect of Biplav group’s involvement in the incident. —
