Dadeldhura, June 27 ,, Blacktopping on Budar-Jogbudha road in Dadeldhura has initiated after three decades since the beginning of its construction. It has begun along 30-km road from Budar, Doti to Dadeldhura district headquarters Jogbudha. The road section is being blacktopped at the cost of around Rs 520 million, financed by the Infrastructure Development Office, Dadeldhura. According to the construction company, road widening and wall construction are underway along the road stretch. Blacktopping is being carried out on CST technology. It will benefit local sof some settlements of ward 1 and 2 in Bhageswor rural municipality and of Alital rural municipality and Parshuram municipality, informed Bhim Bahadur Saud, Mayor of Parshuram municipality. He also said that effort was made to construct the bridge in keeping with inconvenience to the passengers for mobility in absence of bridge over the rivulet. Bal Bahadur Gurung, Chairperson, Alital rural municipality, said blacktopping along the main road of the interior Madhes will ease the transportation in the area. Locals said that accessible road will establish linkage between their agro products with market.
